The company’s management — which is being split into a “red” team and an “orange” team — will have 100 meetings over 10 days around the world, ahead of the start of trading on the New York Stock Exchange in just over a week.

Oh to be a fly on the wall of the meetings involving founder Jack Ma.

A former English teacher, he is the man who celebrated Alibaba’s 10-year anniversary in 2009 by putting on a leather jacket and mohawk wig to sing Elton John’s Can you Feel the Love Tonight? from The Lion King.

He has also blessed hordes of his newly married employees and likened himself to ET.
