The British economy remains basking in the glow of super-low inflation.
Rock-bottom interest rates — described by the Bank of England hawk Kristin Forbes as like a scorching sunny day — will stay put well into next year.

Although today’s inflation number rose, a jump from 0% to 0.1% is nothing to worry about. Oil prices are still falling and supermarkets are about to embark on another price war. Expect inflation to go negative in the next few months.
