This year’s annual report discloses that chairman succession is again on the agenda. The chairman of the nomination committee, one A Bellamy, is clearly giving it his fullest attention.
I am assured that nothing is amiss just because three non-executives appointed in 2014 are already legging it from Reckitt’s board.
However, it does give Bellamy and two more old-stagers the perfect excuse for clinging to the trappings of power a little longer.
