Cineworld sales up as we flock to the flicks

Cineworld today reported box office income up by 19.1 per cent, and total revenues up 13.2 per cent in the 17 weeks to 23 April.

Britain's only listed cinema group said that despite "softening" advertising demand, its 3D investment is paying off and achieved a 50 per cent market share for the film Bolt.
