Blog: My Fit Lifestyle challenge - week 9 update

Working in an office can be challenging when trying to keep on the straight and narrow with eating habits. Too often than not I’m led astray by snacks, cakes and sweets that people bring in for the team.

The good thing about the Tesco plan is that I know what I have got to eat that day so food inspiration isn’t a problem and this means I don’t panic buy something not great for me. The other good thing is that there are plenty of snacks and drinks included in a day on the plan, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out.

I’m a big fan of the Apple & Cinnamon Mini Cereal Bites for a mid-morning snack and also the Rainbow Fruit Mix selection. Having snacks prepared means that when someone produces a pack of biscuits to share, I’m ready with a little treat that tastes good but won’t leave me feeling guilty for the rest of the day.
